My 1:1 Personal Training and group fitness classes for Mum’s aim to provide a space within which YOU get to be the priority.

This is YOUR time, in YOUR body, with/without YOUR baby.


1:1 Pre/post natal Personal Training

1:1 pre/post natal sessions are 1 hour long and take place at Hyre Gym [Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6AH]

The gym is semi-private, with a maximum of three other PT’s and their clients around at once.

1:1 sessions meet you exactly where you’re at in your pre/post natal RIDE, and I take time and consideration prior to starting our sessions to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of you and your needs.

Of course, your baby/siblings are ALWAYS welcome to join us.

A variety of bundles and passes are available.

Postnatal Group Fitness Classes

I run independent in-person group postnatal fitness classes in 6 week blocks.

Within this group friendship finding (and connecting) FITNESS space, you can expect low impact cardio, resistance training and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Throughout, we’ll encompass impact tolerance and balance work, ensuring on-going consideration for day-to-day LIFE and parenting, with the multitude of demands it brings.

Bring your baby AND siblings along, and I’ll ensure all are welcomed and individually catered for.

The 6 week block costs £75
Max 9 attendees per block.

Return to Fitness Consultation
(One-off)

Spend 90 minutes with me at Hyre Gym and together we’ll do an in-depth return to fitness consultation complete with PDF plan to take away.

Full assessment of past, current and future needs and aims will be undertaken and I’ll introduce you to some initial movement techniques to get you started straight away.

Babies and siblings are welcome. Please bring any toys/snacks/items they may want/need!
