Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training

I’ve always been quite unsure about the concept of Personal Training, both as a client and once I qualified as a trainer myself.

I always felt that it had to be V prescriptive and SeRiOuS and I’m just not that kinda fit-pro (or that kind of person…come to think of it!)

Yet, since finding my own place in the industry (personally and professionally), learning how I want it to look and feel (for myself AND those who move with me), AND having my own PT, my views have shifted.

Personal Training can offer you SO MUCH MORE than what the P.T.Packet suggests.

The benefits I get from having a PT extend faaaaaar beyond the hour I spend in the gym.

Personal training with me is tailored entirely to YOU.

YOUR body.

YOUR voice.

YOUR movement

YOUR goals (if you wanna even have any?!)

Taking into consideration:

YOUR past.

YOUR present.

YOUR future.

YOUR physical and mental health…in YOUR (V unique) world.

Wherever you’ve already been with exercise, and wherever you hope to go, the space I hold is a safe one.

Depending on your needs, we’ll collaboratively create goals which can act as a guide to the our sessions.

These goals can shift, change and grow as you do.

Sessions take place in the centre of Bristol, OR in your home/local area if appropriate to you, your needs and facilities.

Each 60 minute session costs £45, paid on a monthly basis.
