I deliver tailored, experienced based workshops, talks and small group focus sessions (in person or online via Zoom) for a multitude of organisations including gyms, schools and healthcare settings.

I can speak broadly to a larger group OR create a more intimate and safe space in a focus group type scenario.

Having suffered with an Eating Disorder for many years, I am well equipped to share my insight, experience and advice on this highly stigmatised illness.

Using my personal story and the skills gained from my diploma in Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders (National Centre for Eating Disorders) I will help empower you and your team to feel more confident if/when you ever experience an Eating Disorder in others.

Not only do I have personal experience of suffering with an Eating Disorder, I’ve also supported a loved one suffering. It’s one of the most frustrating, painful and often hopeless positions to be in, and I just want to acknowledge this.

I see you, I hear you, and I know you’ll be doing your best (even though it might not feel like it).

In this workshop, I’ll work my hardest to support, guide and reassure you enabling you to feel more confident in the supportive role you may have found yourself in.

Having struggled with my mental health during the transition from school to University, I feel passionate about sharing my experience to help others during this time.

I’ve delivered talks and workshops to a variety of educational based settings whereby I’ve discussed and offered suggestions and advice for how to keep yourself (and each other!) well during this often overwhelming stage of life.
