Launching my fitness business in the middle of a pandemic felt…scary!

Yet, 2020 pushed many of us to try things outside of our comfort zones, and I’m SO GLAD I did.

Initially, I provided an online offering before I felt it was safe to head into local studio’s to teach face-to-face. Experiencing the myriad of benefits exercise can offer us right by your side is exactly where I want to be.

Kettlebells at Jumpfit Studio (IN PERSON)

Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm

45 minutes of empowering movement using the QUEEN (in my opinion!) of all weights…the Kettlebell!

No experience necessary, this class is safe and welcoming for ALL…those who have *never* picked up a KB, and those who ring n’ swing a bell *often*!

Together, we’ll work our way through a variety of exercises to give you a full body workout which strengthens both body and mind. 

All equipment provided at the studio, so all you’ll need is your trainers and yourselves!

Together, we’ll embrace empowering movements, working with resistance to find ways to support and strengthen our bodies and minds, suitable for ALL bodies and ALL minds.

Expect a mixed bag of low impact, functional movements, focusing on strength and exercises to support and build our bones.
